A Little About Me.....
I graduated from Wichita State University in Elementary Education. I have two young kids and a husband!
Please feel free to contact me at any time if you have questions or concerns. My school email is abranine@usd263.org. I can access my email at home and school. You may also call Munson 777-0151 and leave a message. I will return your call as soon as I can.
A Little About Our Classroom…..
Our school hours are 7:50-3:10. You can bring your child as early as 7:35 if he/she will be eating breakfast at school. Please bring your child to the gym; each teacher has an assigned place for students to sit. I will bring your child out front at the end of the day. Those students who ride a bus or go to learn & grow will walk there with an adult.
ALL visitors that come to school during school hours will need to ring the bell out front to be let in and then sign in at the office. You will receive a visitor pass. Your child’s safety is very important to us!
TAKE HOME FOLDERS: Each night your child will bring home a folder. Please check the folder for completed papers & notes. Return items to me through the folder. This prevents things from getting lost. In the back of the folder you will find a monthly calendar to keep you posted on upcoming events. Be sure to check this often.
CURRICULUM: HMH Reading, Writing, and Phonics, GoMath, McGraw Hill Social Studies and Science
SPECIALS: Music with Mrs. Robbearts, Library with Mrs. Warren, Art with Mrs. Roths & P.E. with Mrs. Williams (please make sure your child wears tennis shoes these days).
BIRTHDAY TREATS: Each child may bring in special treats on their birthday. Just let me know ahead of time the day you want to celebrate. I try to have birthday treats during our regular snack time!
