Welcome to Mrs. Blake's Classroom!!
Hello and welcome! My name is Diane Blake and I am so excited to be teaching at W.D. Munson Primary School. I have previously taught all-day Kindergarten and 4 Year-Old At-Risk Pre-School. This year I am proud to again be teaching Early Childhood Special Education. I graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I also have an endorsement in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Unified. Besides teaching Mulvane's wonderful youngsters I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
My classroom is built upon the Early Childhood's 5 Developmental Domains. This means we work on Cognitive skills, Language skills, Social skills, Fine Motor skills, and Gross Motor skills. During the school day my classroom is always buzzing. The students enjoy working in centers, completing work tubs, participating in Calendar and Language Activities.
