  • When did April become the Month of the Military Child?

Since 1986, April has been designated as the Month of the Military Child by the United States Department of Defense. This is a legacy of Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger as a time to applaud military children and the daily sacrifices they make and the challenges that they overcome. Wear camo tomorrow to show support for military children and their families!

  • We will be taking the ELA State Assessment today, so we are on a test schedule. After advisement you will need to report to your 8th hour WINN class. Remember if you testing in a different room, you need to report to your 8th hour teacher first. After testing you will resume your normal schedule, starting with first hour. You will not attend your 8th hour class today or tomorrow due to testing.

  • Acting Club will meet in Mrs. Powell’s room after school today until 4:15 pm.

  • Good luck to Track as they compete in Wellington tonight!

  • Mrs. Rhodes: There will be a short Sevenettes meeting in Mrs. Rhode’s room this morning after announcements.
