Launch the media gallery 1 playerMy name is Kendra Kanaga, this is my 19th year with the Mulvane School District. I love being a school nurse and taking care of our staff and students. It is important o ensure our students are healthy, physically and mentally, so they can effectively learn in the school environment. My time is split between here and the Grade School. I am typically at the Middle School on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have an amazing health aid, Kaitlin BIggs that covers our health room when I am out of the office.
Before becoming a school nurse, I worked in family practice, pediatrics and home health. I have been married to my husband, Rob for 26 years. We have three beautiful children. Our daughters both graduated from Mulvane and our son is currently a 8th grader here at MMS. We are a busy family who loves all things sports.
