Who: All USD 263 Mulvane School District Students
When: Thursday-July 25, 2024
Time: 1:00 pm-5:00 pm; no appointment necessary
Where: Mulvane High School Nurse's Office
What to Bring: Front & Back Copy of Insurance Card, Copy of Current Immunization Records
Current proof of immunizations is required by the state for children to attend school. Don't wait until school starts to get your child updated on his/her immunizations as appointments will book up quickly with your doctor or health department. Take advantage of the Immunization Clinic provided by SCHD at Mulvane High School. If you are unsure of your child's current immunization status, please call your child's doctor's office. You can also refer to the cheat sheet attached below.
