Need to send medication for your children? 

If your child needs to have medication at school, here are some of the guidelines to remember:

a. All prescription medication needs to have a current (with-in a year) prescription label on the medication bottle. A medication administration form will also need to be filled out by the parent/guardian and on file in the nurse's office. The medication will be kept in the nurse's office.

b. Over-the-counter medication can also be given at school, however, we do need to have a medication administration form on file completed by the parent/guardian.  The medication also needs to be brought in in the original container with the label legible.
